By accessing or using the website at delanoconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com, or by requesting services from Delano Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
Delano Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring, epoxy coating, polishing, resurfacing, and related concrete services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Delano, CA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work for any given project is defined in a separate written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to the start of work.
All estimates provided by the Company are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit - for example, if hidden damage, additional square footage, or unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.
Estimates provided verbally or through online inquiry forms are preliminary and subject to change after an on-site assessment. No binding price commitment is made until a written estimate has been issued and accepted by both parties.
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We make every effort to arrive at the agreed time and complete the job within the estimated timeframe. Delays due to weather, material availability, or conditions discovered on-site may affect scheduling, and we will communicate these promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled start time may result in a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or project agreement. For most projects, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in the project agreement.
Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees and may result in the suspension of any ongoing or warranty work until the balance is resolved. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means, including filing a mechanics lien on the property where permitted by California law.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are stated in the written project agreement. Warranties generally cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to follow care instructions, acts of nature, or conditions unrelated to our work.
Material warranties are subject to the terms of the manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating any manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, clear the space of personal items and obstructions prior to the scheduled start, and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area during and immediately after application. Failure to prepare the space as requested may delay the project or affect the quality of the result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services rendered or not rendered, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to personal property not directly caused by the Company. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
